Training - Adding new user

Once you have a workstation that is blank after a factory reset, please fill out the first startup by choosing, wifi, keyboard and language. Now you should be prompted to make a computer password, fill that out and now follow these steps: 

Head to settings, got to systems and then go to about, press advanced system settings, go to computer name, rename the computer to what you need it called, below that, press workgroup and put in the workgroup name and restart your workstation as prompted. 

Request colab user email creation within a ticket on tech doctor website. While pending for ticket please go to https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ and download visual studio community, now follow visual studio guide for installation. 

Now go to search bar and type "command panel", now click on command panel, go to command panel search bar and search up "file history", now click on file history and find "select drive" now click on select drive and find "add network location" and click that, now find the folder path lane and input exactly "\\COLAB-NAS\NAS_Share", now if prompted for credentials, follow this exactly, Username: Co-Lab_WS password: CoL@8_3551 and now once those are inputted, now select the folder you want to be backed up to, now select ok, finally press "Turn on". 

Once email has been created, you will be given a username, email and password, now go to co-lab.coding.au and input given username and password and set home page to co-lab.coding.au. Now go to https://unity.com/ and press download unity, sign up new account with given email and create a strong password, now go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ and sign in with the given email and create a strong password. 

Once all above steps are completed create a backup with the NAS following our back-up guide.
