If Google won't run or open follow these two fixes:
1. Restart PC.
2. Uninstall and reinstall chrome. Go to settings and go to apps then installed apps and find chrome, press the 3 dots next to chrome and press uninstall and allow changes, then restart pc and go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and press download, then once download is finished, press on the file and open it and install chrome by following the on screen instructions.
